Natasha Martin is a board director, JMP’s Director of Finance and HR, and Company Secretary. She joined the practice at senior management level in 2000, having established a 20-year track record in key aspects of practice management at well known and successful London architectural studios.

Natasha is responsible for JMP’s overall budget and financial control, which is geared to deliver annual profits of circa 15% of turnover at a time of rapid growth in the practice’s projects and staffing. The ongoing restructuring of financial systems has tightened both practice, project and business protocols, allowing Unit Directors to spend more time on design and project generation.

In her HR role, Natasha has progressed the practice towards Investors In People status, and integrated HR in a strategic business plan that has seen the in-house appointment of a dedicated HR manager. Natasha has worked extensively with external consultants to review and overhaul employment contracts, policies, procedures, induction, training and other HR initiatives. She has embedded statutory policies, including many enhanced benefits, and flexible working, to give JMP an outstanding staff benefits scheme.
