135 New Bond Street

This mixed office and retail development at the heart of New Bond Street, one of London's premier retail streets, involved the partial demolition, rebuilding and renovation of a Grade II listed building, including its elaborate Beaux-Arts facade.

The works included excavation of the basement level and construction of a new rear terraced extension to create open-plan retail or office space, retention of the existing listed staircase with its ornate lobbies and an extended stairway to serve the building's upper floors.
