This award-winning project involved the remodelling and refurbishment of 28 Dorset Square, a Grade II listed Georgian building with a 1960s extension. Located in the Marylebone Conservation Area, the elevations were remodelled, re-clad and carefully detailed, responding to the proportions of the Georgian elevations of the adjoining building and to other notable buildings in Dorset Square.
The two buildings are linked by an expressed full-height glazed circulation spine, allowing elements of the historic building’s interior to be re-programmed and modernised.
