The redevelopment of Dexion House, originally a 1960s office building, is designed to create a mixed-use esemble that includes a 125-room hotel of 5,837 sqm, 1,983 sqm of space for community activities, and 127 apartments of various sizes. This will be supported by parking and leisure facilities including a swimming pool for the use of the hotel, residents, and the wider local community.
JMP’s scheme sets a development landmark at the western edge of the Wembley Masterplan area which will create a significant new area of public realm for local people and visitors to this part of Brent.
