The design aims to fit into the sensitive historic context of the city and, at the same time, present a modern and confident expression of 21st century commercial architecture and design. 

The façades have a tripartite organisation with a plinth in dark granite, middle storeys in limestone, and two fully glazed attic floors. This carefully considered combination of materials and elevational grids will allow the design to fit into the natural street proportions and heights along Moskovsky Prospect. It also gives a distinct and signature prominence to the development when viewed from the main approach to the city from the airport.

The design will establish a new standard for modern offices in the city and provide a timeless and sophisticated address to new businesses, supporting the city’s continuing growth and international reputation.
