Fenchurch Street

This major new office and retail development, for Frogmore Developments Ltd was completed in 2004. The new building replaces two un-distinguished Edwardian buildings, with a new 12-storey development. The 15m x 27m office footprint provides clear span space served by a linear expressed core element.

Responding to the dynamic flow of people across the site, the scheme incorporates at its base a beautifully detailed ‘pocket park’ with a distinctly human scale, a transition space away from the London pavement.
