The Palazzo Rossi is a completed building located on Nevsky Prospekt adjacent to the world famous Alexandriski Theatre in St Petersburg. John McAslan + Partners has been appointed to prepare a comprehensive refurbishment strategy for the building which will provide residential and retail accommodation within a unified interior.

The project requires great sensitivity in terms of the impact of the proposals on the historic setting of one of the city’s most famous cultural landmarks.
