The project creates more than 25,000 sqm of high spec offices combined with retail facilities at gradeplane including a café, a bank and a gym.

 

The alignment of the building will deliver wonderful views over Vorontsovsky Park, the way certain taller buildings overlook St James’s Park in London, and the transparency of the building’s double-height reception areas will seamlessly connect the building’s groundplane with its surrounding landscape.

 

The Pilugina Building will be a world class business building, yet one with a marked sense of comfort, and spatial and environmental generosity, more usually associated with luxury apartment blocks.
