This scheme, led by JMP's Urban Design Unit and the practice’s Manchester studio, dealt with a new campus for 36,000 students and 9,000 academic staff.

The three-phase masterplan outlines new academic facilities, and an integrated public realm development strategy to maximise links between the university campus and the city. JMP Landscape also completed the design of key open spaces within the new campus.
