As Executive Assistant to John McAslan, Nicola manages all aspects of the Chairman's schedule.

Her broader role includes coordinating a variety of internal projects, for example JMP's successful 2022 submission for the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade, and the recently-published monograph 'Making Architecture: The Work of John McAslan + Partners'. She is also involved in organising events for the practice, both in London and Sydney.

Nicola brings deep experience to the practice. During her 30-year career she has worked for some of the UK’s foremost architectural practices, including Farrells, and David Chipperfield Architects: before joining JMP in 2017, she was for many years assistant to the late Sir Richard MacCormac CBE.
