As 2022 draws to a close, construction at Belfast Grand Central continues to progress and the building begins to take form. The building’s steelwork is rapidly progressing, and the constructed spine wall reveals the dramatic sawtooth form of the transport hub. The emerging building reveals the way the new multi-modal transport hub sits within the landscape of Belfast and the surrounding hills. 

Working with client Translink and the project team Arup, JUNO Planning, Lendlease, and Farrans Sacyr Joint Venture, this Belfast Grand Central project and surrounding Weavers across masterplan will transform the travelling experience in Northern Ireland and deliver wider regeneration for the city of Belfast.
