Ryan Wazir is an architect and urbanist working across new, adaptive reuse and conservation projects internationally. With specialist skills in design and renewal, he has led projects in the civic, cultural, education and community sectors, from the bid stage through to delivery.

Ryan believes in the value of creating engaging and inclusive spaces for all. He brings experience gained in private and public practice to projects including multi-purpose community centres and Sydney Metro projects.

Awarded a Byera Hadley Travelling Scholarship by the NSW Architects Registration Board in Australia, Ryan researched contemporary mosque design across countries with diaspora communities. His reserch explored the role architecture and urban design play in bringing communities together, while fostering a space for diversity and inclusion. This work continues to inform Ryan's design approach.
